The subject of this contract is the change of status of the merger of the company DUNAV-TRANSPORT DOO STARI BANOVCI, as the company of the Transferor, to the company KARIN KOMERC MD DOO VETERNIK, as the acquiring company, whereby the company Transferor transfers all its assets to the Acquiring company and ceases to exist.   You can view the complete merger agreement here: MERGER AGREEMENT

Geodesy and the Society of Civil Engineers of Novi Sad, a conference Contemporary Construction Practice, Ruma 2022. We have been invited by the organizers to present some of our largest projects, led by the construction of the viaduct in Chortanovci on the section of the high-speed railway Belgrade - Novi Sad (200km / h). The project was presented by our colleague Aleksandar Okiljević, project director and Vidoje Melentijević, responsible contractor on behalf of the Russian company RŽD international. The modernization of the railway Belgrade - Subotica - state border (Kelebija) on the section Novi Sad - Subotica (station Novi Sad) is in progress. Reconstruction at the Novi Sad railway station includes: * Clear the terrain * Excavation * Making embankments * Procurement and installation of geotextiles * Procurement and installation of geogrid * Underground * Transition layer * Protective layer

The beginning of the reconstruction and modernization of the railway Subotica - Horgos - state border with Hungary was made official by a ceremony attended by Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic and Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban. The official opening of the reconstruction was attended by Krste Dubroja and Jovan Dubroja, directors of our company, which is realizing construction works on this project of international importance.

Three days ago, the Matica Srpska Gallery marked 174 years of existence. On that occasion, a thank-you-note was given to the friends of the gallery who contributed to the collection, preparation, and presentation of Serbian artistic heritage in the years behind us. It is a great honor to receive recognition from a cultural institution that is invaluable for the development of culture in Novi Sad and Serbia.

Our second concrete factory in Zemun has been put into operation! State-of-the-art equipment and a capacity of 125 m3 / h make the Schwing Stetter factory an excellent addition to our other factories. The capacity of both factories at that location of 180 m3 / h will enable us to meet our customers even faster.  

Our company is the holder of the golden AAA certificate for 2020, recognition of the highest degree of business success. For the second year in a row, our business has been honored in this way, and for years we have been holders of the AAA Certificate of Creditworthiness. The certificate was handed over to the director of financial affairs, Sasa Mladjenovic, at the certificate award ceremony organized by Bisnode. Last year's business was very challenging on a global level and we are very honored that we received a certificate of quality again by receiving such a prestigious certificate.
