The subject of this contract is the change of status of the merger of the company DUNAV-TRANSPORT DOO STARI BANOVCI, as the company of the Transferor, to the company KARIN KOMERC MD DOO VETERNIK, as the acquiring company, whereby the company Transferor transfers all its assets to the Acquiring company and ceases to exist.
